Overview This lot contains (2) Whirlpool double ovens purchased in 2014. The items are in used condition. Key Features Double oven configuration. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. No maintenance records are available. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available from 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), by confirmed appointment only. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies.
