Items may require unknown repairs and may be missing parts. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available by appointment only, with a minimum 24 hour notice. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability.
