These units are Penumbra REAL System –branded VR headsets built on HTC Vive hardware, designed for immersive rehabilitation, cognitive training, and wellness applications. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. NEW POLICY: You MUST be a U.S. Citizen to bid on the following properties: electronics, laboratory equipment, and medical equipment. Condition Pre-owned, formerly used in a clinical setting.
