This lot consists of 38 single‑use GlideScope Spectrum MAC S4 blades manufactured by Verathon. These blades are designed for video laryngoscopy and are compatible with GlideScope imaging systems. They provide simultaneous direct and indirect visualization during airway management procedures, intended for professional medical use. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received.
